We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 CET (excluding public holidays).
Returns & exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning it within 14 days of invoice date. You may use our sample cancellation form and email our customer service. Please note that your items must be in new condition with protective packaging (if any) still intact.

If you would like to exchange an item, we offer you this free service both online and at the Boscana manufactory. We kindly ask you to contact our customer service to reserve your desired size. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship your exchange.
